Real essentials, honestly priced — and that includes how we handle returns. Here's exactly what to expect, no fine print.

We want you to feel confident buying from us. This page covers our return window, what qualifies for a return, how exchanges work, and how and when refunds are issued.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with tags still attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To start a return, contact us at klubbasics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at klubbasics@gmail.com so we can sort it out.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items once opened, and items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you actually want is to return what you have, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times can add a few extra days on top of that.
