Every shipping policy is different, and ours is built around one principle: clear expectations, no surprises. This page covers processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. You'll get an email as soon as it's on the way, with tracking included. During sale periods or high-volume days, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently ship across India only. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location, and we offer free shipping on every order, every time — no minimum cart value required.
Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped, and we can't be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare case your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us right away at klubbasics@gmail.com. We'll work directly with our courier partner to track it down or make it right — that's part of what "honestly priced" means to us.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Since we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within a few hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at klubbasics@gmail.com or +91 90742 22674 if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
